The Process:

STEP ONE: Initial Discovery 

We start with a discovery call with you and your client to get to know goals and vision, property details and constraints, desired timeline, and any other design, engineering, and budgeting details that apply to the project. We're here to support you as you work your clients through the process. Always.

STEP TWO: Engagement

As soon as the Sales Order has been signed and the deposit sent, we send the take-off to you for your client's final approval.

To ease the process, Feris ADU designs are pre-engineered and ready for permitting submission, if applicable (in this case, no permit was required). 

THE TAKE-OFF: 

Pre-engineered. Ready for permitting (if applicable), then production.

STEP THREE: Production

Production starts. Harmonic is manufactured to spec in our Kingston facility. Our proprietary process produces almost no waste during production and even less on site. In a case where integrations are specified, we offer our Harmonic+ package - where we handle the full, integrated building envelope phase for you - completely.

STEP FOUR: Delivery & Installation 

Project completion Once everything is installed and signed off, the project is complete. 

 

And for peace of mind, all Feris homes are backed with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
