GOAL: Create a unique and peaceful retreat in a small backyard with minimal waste.
CHALLENGE: The enclosed yard wouldn't allow for heavy equipment and the property owner wanted to avoid site disruption and lengthy build times. She wanted a turn-key solution that will last a long time with great indoor air quality and efficiency and minimal maintenance. She's mindful of her impact on the environment. Environmental sustainability and less waste were paramount.
SOLUTION: Harmonic QPUs to the rescue. Our Serenity Studio allowed for the easy and fast delivery of a beautiful, modern, high-efficiency, fully finished backyard yoga studio with minimal site disruption and maximum ease.
This yoga studio was installed on a trailer and transported to site. This allowed the property owner to bypass the permitting process to land her dream backyard retreat. After Design & Production, it was installed and ready for move-in within days. Easy.

The Process:
STEP ONE: Initial Discovery
We start with a discovery call with you and your client to get to know goals and vision, property details and constraints, desired timeline, and any other design, engineering, and budgeting details that apply to the project. We're here to support you as you work your clients through the process. Always.
STEP TWO: Engagement
As soon as the Sales Order has been signed and the deposit sent, we send the take-off to you for your client's final approval.
To ease the process, Feris ADU designs are pre-engineered and ready for permitting submission, if applicable (in this case, no permit was required).
THE TAKE-OFF:
Pre-engineered. Ready for permitting (if applicable), then production.

STEP THREE: Production
Production starts. Harmonic ADUs are manufactured to spec in our Kingston facility. Our proprietary process produces almost no waste during production and even less on site. If this project calls for a finished unit, we optimize the finishing package and installation, too.
STEP FOUR: Delivery & Installation
Project completion Once everything is installed and signed off, the project is complete.
